Executive Leadership Team

Sharon Brown

Sharon Brown was appointed by A Better Way's Board of Directors to serve as Interim Chief Executive Officer while the Board leads a thoughtful search for the agency's next permanent leader. During this transition, Sharon's priorities are ensuring continuity of the agency's mission and services, strengthening its stability, and stewarding the resources entrusted to A Better Way with care, accountability, and intention.

A seasoned executive known for stepping into pivotal moments and leading with steadiness and clarity, Sharon is deeply committed to public service. She leads A Better Way with a clear purpose, advancing the agency's mission to empower children and families to develop the insights, life skills, and permanent relationships that promote their social, emotional, educational, and economic well-being.
